in nanyang...
i can rolll!! i can roll!! wootz! haha but now i cant do cartwheels!! wth??? loll. hey peopleI CAN ROLL!! muahahaha. btw i confirm joining judo already cos i whent and order the ghee (if that's how you spell it.) i've learnt recently that alot of things depends on your perspective and how i view things =). learning step by step lar... may take time. haahaa nanyang is okay so far getting used to things slowly. just hopes everything turns out fine in the end!!!
i think that my chinese teacher is very understanding. why? let me tell you the whole story.
my class went into chinese with a certain heck care and dreading it attitude. after a while he gave up trying to tell us the different components in the chinese exam and asked us what was up with us as he could sense our bad attitude then he explained his stand as a teacher and how he felt. after that he asked us why we ahted chinese and the class sorta open up to him after a while and instead of putting us down or calling us "kan tang" or blaming us for our hopelessness in chinese he found ways to solve our problems. not only that he uses english explanations (translated into chinese) so that the ang moh people in my class would not feel so lost.
all my teachers seem rather nice!! they are quite patient i guess.
at judo that day i actually could do most opf the moves (except the cartwheels) loll my cartwheels really suck la... the instructor had to turn me and i still cannot make it. loll
but things are begining to get better. *yay* i guess i needed time initially.
i will continue to hope that things wi9ll get better.
btw god i know what you are trying to tell me!! =) so proud of myself.
