i want to refresh

i want to refresh... and i am!

as i sit in front of the blogger homepage i really dont know what i am going to blog about but most of the time (except for the occasional droughts) the words do come rather naturally. alot of times its all hassle and we lose FOCUS. i am always surprised how cell sessions always perks me up and keeps me going. it lets me re-focus. turnh my compass into the right direction and stops me from getting to drowned out by all the hassle of daily life. seek and you will find, today that was relevant to me. sometimes things do not have to be snap snap instead, patience helps too. and sometimes there is no other way out but to wait...

more of you and less of me.

its the last lap my dears, lets all run to the finishing line together. no one runs a marathon only to give up at the end right? one last step and we'll be done.
